Over the past few days, we've received emails from some iPhone 6 owners reporting an issue about the Wi-Fi option/switch in the Settings app being grayed out/dim and so they cannot enable Wi-Fi at all. This problem has been deemed a hardware issue, particularly on the Wi-Fi chip that gets too hot when performing any iOS updates over Wi-Fi.
