Google XML Sitemap contains the list of all the pages from your website. With XML sitemap, search engines search your website content for crawling.

In Blogger, XML Sitemap has a limited information and does not have information about all the pages. Only 26 most recent posts will be listed in the XML sitemap file by default. Other pages will not be indexed and in this way and your website is not fully crawled by search engines.

Steps

Go to Sitemap Generator or here (Source: Labnol.org) type in full address of your Blog, or self-hosted Blogger blog

Click Create Sitemap, It will instantly create a text page, e.g. See screenshot below.

Now Go to Blogger Dashboard > Settings > Search Preferences, then Enable Custom robots.txt option (In Crawling and Indexing Section)

Insert/Paste copied text from Sitemap Generator and Save the Changes.

It is as simple as that. Your website designs will be fully crawled by Search Engines.

For Wordpress theme which are switched from blogger, this file will still work for them.
