To setup broadband internet on your Windows laptop or desktop via Ethernet cable, you will simply need to connect the cable to your PC and then setup a Broadband connection using the username and password provided by your Internet Service provider.

1.  Connect the broadband internet cable to your laptop’s Ethernet port
2. Now you will see some blinking lights on the port, which tells you that the connection is working
3. Now press windows key and search “network and sharing” and “select network and sharing center”
